Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account Email address, username, and password used to create and access your account.
• Profile Avatar photo, display name, and bio that you choose to provide.
• Content Posts, stories, messages, comments, and gifts you send or receive on the platform.
• Usage Feature interactions, session duration, crash data, and in-app navigation patterns.
• Device Device model, OS version, app version, language settings, push token, advertising identifier, network status, SIM status, VPN/debug indicators, and time zone.
• Transactions Google Play purchase records such as product ID, order ID, purchase token, and purchase confirmation. We do not collect or store payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Provide and maintain core app features and functionality.
• Create accounts, manage login sessions, and protect account security.
• Process in-app credit purchases and gift transactions.
• Send system notifications, activity updates, and safety alerts.
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, spam, policy violations, and illegal activity.
• Measure app performance, attribution, and aggregated product usage.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent — when you explicitly authorize sharing.
• Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Service providers — vendors that help us provide hosting, analytics, attribution, push notifications, payment processing, security, and customer support.
• Safety enforcement — when necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, harassment, child sexual abuse and exploitation, or other illegal conduct.

• We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
• Network requests between the app and our services are protected through encryption.
• Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate the app.
• In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within the timeframes required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or transaction record purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Lumi is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete the account and associated data where required by law. Reports involving minors or child safety can be sent to synthemins@gmail.com.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — update or correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability — export your account data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdrawal — withdraw consent to data processing where processing depends on consent.

8. Local Storage & Tracking

Lumi uses local device storage to save login sessions and app preferences. Lumi may use analytics, attribution, and crash-related technologies to understand app performance, measure installs, prevent fraud, and improve product quality.

9. Third-Party Services

Lumi may integrate with third-party services including Google Play Billing, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Adjust, and Meta/Facebook SDK. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and terms. Google Play handles payment processing directly; we receive purchase confirmation data, not payment card details.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes occur, we will notify you through the app or other appropriate means. Your continued use of Lumi after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
